TESSELLATION

Alphacam has a powerful tessellation module which lays any shapes out on a panel to optimise cutting with a cutter or a blade.
Tessellation allows for the entries and exits of the cutting tool, the order in which small parts are worked to avoid loss of suction on the table, successive depths of pass and leaves a skin for the finishing pass.
